Beyond Zuccotti Park: Exhibit, Sept. 10–22

Beyond Zuccotti Park: Exhibit, most recently at the Center for Architecture in New York City (September 10–22 to coincide with the eleventh anniversary of the 9/11 tragedies and the first anniversary of Occupy Wall Street) celebrated the book Beyond Zuccotti Park: Freedom of Assembly and the Occupation of Public Space. It features insights from the book’s contributing authors, including Michael Kimmelman, Lance Jay Brown, Alexander Cooper, Rick Bell, David Burney, Brad Lander, Michael Freedman-Schnapp, Janette Sadik-Khan, Paul Broches, Susan Chinn, Jonathan Marvel, Signe Nielsen, Thomas Balsley, and Ron Shiffman.

Beyond Zuccotti Park and its constellation of projects are a collaboration of City College of New York School of Architecture and the Pratt Graduate Center for Planning and the Environment together with New Village Press and its parent organization, Architects/Designers/Planners for Social Responsibility.
